Kanbans Replenishment

In the wake of advanced inventory management training, discover other facets of inventory movement management. Epicor offers mechanisms for replenishing locations or warehouses, managing Kanbans and also several forms of travel requests from employees or users.

During this training, we will cover the necessary configurations. Using simulations and examples from real life situations, we will demonstrate the transactions you will be able to carry out on a daily basis.

Following this training, you will be able to ensure a regular supply to workstations, automatically generate replenishment instructions, manually manage replenishments, monitor the inventory level of parts managed by Kanban and generate inventory movement instructions on request.

Using masterful presentations, realistic business scenarios and in-system demonstrations, we’ll cover the following:

• The configuration of the necessary master files;
• Automatic replenishment with the material list (Material Request Queue);
• Manual replenishment with the Replenishment Workbench and the Material Request Queue;
• “Managed” replenishment with the Replenishment Workbench and the list of material (Material Request Queue);
• Inventory Kanbans and Kanban monitoring dashboards;
• Proactive inventory kanbans, monitoring dashboards and the Material Request Queue;
• Production Kanbans with the “Kanban Receipt”;
• The different forms of requests from users or employees.
